Martin wins Redpost Senior British Novice Section

Martin Brake from Yeovil, Somerset took first place in the KBIS Insurance Senior British Novice Regional Final, qualifying for the Championship which will take place at the BSJA/Scope Festival Of Show Jumping.

 

Martin rode Charlotte Baines five-year-old bay gelding, Ab Sport Horse Zippy, to jump three clear rounds.

 

Said Martin:“ I was really pleased to win and qualify for the finals at Scope.”

 

Previously a professional rider Martin used to compete at International level and was shortlisted for the Olympics. Martin now rides in his spare time, balancing work commitments.
